I had an excellent experience at Tire Kingdom thanks to Ty Cooper, one of their outstanding employees. From the moment I arrived, he was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire service process. He went above and beyond by taking the time to call corporate on my behalf to help me secure a warranty for my tires, which I truly appreciated. His dedication to customer service was evident in every interaction, even down to opening the door for me and making sure I was taken care of. Thank you for providing such exceptional service!

went to tire Kingdom on Post Street today. bought two Goodyear tires including mounting and balance $500. they damaged my rim claim. they didn't see it happen so they say it didn't happen up there. but none of my other rims have any sort of damage even close to that on any of them. also, when I got home one of the weights already fell off and was sitting inside the tire well rim where I know this the other way you could physically see them. if you look down and you wanted to wash your rim, they were right there on the inside of the rim. when I took it back. One of the tire guys in there even told me that kid was new. I guess nobody supervises so I got $500 tires and a $500 damaged rim. great, thanks! tire Kingdom never offered an apology. any sort of compensation. afraid to admit they were wrong. I guess I'm going to contact my credit card company next and dispute this charge

I had an amazing experience at Tire Kingdom in Jacksonville! I came in for a 4-wheel alignment because my car was pulling pretty badly to the right, and from the moment I walked in, I felt taken care of. Anthony and Rose, the assistant managers, were absolutely incredible. They were both professional, patient, and genuinely kind. What really stood out to me was the atmosphere. They created an environment where everyone was smiling, laughing, and working together. It didn’t feel like a typical auto shop, it felt welcoming and had a real sense of family. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood what was going on with my car. I also truly appreciated their honesty and the fact that they didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. They even worked with me on the price, which meant a lot. The shop itself was clean, organized, and the service process was smooth. Even when there was an unexpected issue with the equipment, Anthony and Rose handled it professionally and made sure I was still taken care of without any added stress. Gabriel and John were great and very kind. We traveled 4 hours from Tampa for a wedding and there was a non repairable nail in my tire. The team checked it out and was very honest and let us take the vehicle to the dealer as I had tire warranty. Would recommend their customer service and genuine personality.

Took in 1 truck tire for repair and 2 trailer tires to be mounted. When I went back to pick them up they took it upon themselves to replace a completely repairable brand new tire with another new tire and tried to charge me to balance and recalibrate the tire pressure monitor for the trailer tires which does not have tire pressure monitors and they were never balanced. Something that should have been $150 ended up costing $430. The store manager was absolutely rude the service there is absolutely horrible do not go to this location.
